What it does
Reads the scraped reference images one at a time and writes the single identity file every later step obeys. It first judges whether the brand already has a real visual identity or whether a premium one has to be imagined, and says which, then locks named decisions: hex codes pulled off the assets rather than invented, one film stock, a lighting pattern with its angle and its Kelvin, five anti tells naming what breaks the brand on sight. Section 09 of that file is a table of decisions and not prose, because the prompt hands read it and rewrite it in their own model's language, and pasting it into a prompt is the thing it forbids. It presents a plan and waits before writing a line, and it halts if fewer than ten real images of the brand came through.
When to reach for it
When the references are on disk and the look has to be settled once, before a single prompt, shot or clip is written against it.
