Makes one still: pull the references, lock the brand DNA, direct the shot, write the prompt native to the model, render.

What it does

Fixes the order a still gets made in, because skipping a link is what produces the flat centred flatlay. Each step eats the previous step's file: the references, then the brand DNA that sets the world, then the art direction that sets the shot, then a locked portrait if a face has to survive more than one image, then the prompt written native to the model, then the render. It carries five direction laws, among them that the material decides the light instead of a reflex warm film stock, and that anything able to fly or pour should not be laid flat in every frame. Flatness is settled by arithmetic instead of taste: a gate script measures focus planes, foreground occlusion, sculpting light and subject scale, and three failures send the job back to the shotbook, not to the prompt.

When to reach for it

When a render comes back and the only thing anyone can say about it is that it looks flat, and that argument has already been had once.

What it needs

A paid image account to render, plus several named agents and a gate script that are not published here.
